Warrant Compliance Event

Wednesday July 26th from 9 AM to Noon in Court Room 110.

Vanderburgh County residents can turn themselves in (without being arrested) and have their warrant lifted. A new court date will be scheduled. Vanderburgh County Superior Court Judge Les Shively and his staff have volunteered to preside over the event.

Currently there are more than 12,000 warrants in Vanderburgh County. This event offers an opportunity for citizens who have missed a court date for lower level offenses, to avoid being arrested for their warrant. Citizens will be given a new court date and be required to appear. If you have questions about your case, you can visit mycase.in.gov. For questions about the event, call the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor's Office at 812-435-5688.
