DAY REPORTING DRUG COURT

Day reporting drug court provides the appropriate level of intervention, education, referral to treatment, and case management to court offenders in need of such services and in lieu of criminal detention. The offenders are non violent. Drug dealers are not allowed on the program. Superior Court Judge Trockman oversees the program.  If an offender completes the program successfully, all the charges will be dismissed.
