	ADMINISTRATION DIVISION The Administration Office is located in the Vanderburgh County Detention Center at 3500 N. Harlan Ave, Evansville, IN 47711. Here, the civil process section of the administration division is responsible for many of the duties that all Indiana sheriffs are mandated to perform by the Indiana Constitution. Included among these duties are the service of legal process (court papers), sheriff sales, tax warrants, evictions and other orders of the court. The administration division is also comprised of the personnel section, training section, educational services section (D.A.R.E.), sex offender registry program and the professional standards section (Internal Affairs). The personnel section of the administration division is responsible for the management of human resources. It is this section that coordinates the employment process for the sheriff and coordinates college internship programs.
